ElementGold Plus

ElementGold Plus⁺ is part of the ElementGold family of premium elemental foods. Formulated for gastrointestinal conditions, ElementGold Plus⁺ provides balanced nutrition in the form of a tasty shake that is rapidly absorbed and minimises the chance of triggering sensitive digestive systems.

A 1 kg tub of contains 10 x 100g serves. A serve is made my mixing 100g of powder with 250ml of cold water, adding up to 15ml of oil as a fat source.

All versions contain the same carbohydrate, amino acids, vitamins and minerals but differ in flavouring and added whole protein, which is either high-purity whey protein isolate (WPI) or protein extracted from rice (in the vegan versions).

All ElementGold Plus+ unsweetened versions are Monash University Low FODMAP Certified™. One serving of these products is low in FODMAPs and can assist with following the Monash University Low FODMAP Diet™. A strict low FODMAP diet should only be commenced under the supervision of a healthcare professional. Monash University has assessed these product as being low in FODMAPs only. Please note that adding other foods may also make these product no longer low FODMAP compliant.
