Shipping & Returns



Gastrotech currently only ships within Australia. 

 In most cases orders are shipped via courier. In some cases, particularly for areas not well serviced by courier networks we may use Australia Post. In some cases we will contact you regarding delaying shipment due to heat, such as where there is a long weekend with extreme temperatures forecast.

 Free pickup is available is from our warehouse in Castle Hill, NSW, Australia on weekdays between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm.


Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

In the case of ElementGold Plus+ products where you may be unsure of how many tubs you will need (such as when undergoing a gut rest diet) we we accept returns of unused tubs of ElementGold for refund. Tubs must be returned within one month of sale in a re-sellable condition with all seals in place. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
